Well Dragonball AF lead to many rumors of the Super Saiyan 5, then lading to the numerous levels of the Super Saiyan transformation. The What if stories of DBZ games are almost like the AF stories, but differs as AF usually tend to be the events of Goku and others after the end of DBGT or of the manga created by Akira Toriyama DBZ, but What If stories are things that might have happened depending if certain variables within the story changed.

There's no way Bebi's soul could just get into Goku's body. If you mean Baby got into Goku as a parasite and the story is a what-if then it's alright. Anyway starting off from GT is a bad start.
