sorry about that, i forgot that goku can go to ssj4, and yeah i think he is, but i could be wrong seeing that gotenks is a fusion.

It's pretty much stated that SS Gotenks could take SS3 Goku. SS3 Gotenks is just in a different league.

Yes my friend but don't neglect that word "could" its a fact the Gotenks would mess around loosing time, making Goku the winner, then slapping the kids around. And then again in Movie 12 Goku is stronger than Mystic Gohan, and SSJ3 Gotenks, so its pretty much stated that SSJ3 Goku "could take" SSJ3Gotenks.

Um, no. It doesn't matter how much Gotenks messes around. Don't forget that Goku's dealing with a similar time limit. Gotenks would shatter every bone in Goku's body and laugh over his broken corpse. I really doubt he'd mess around, he knows Goku's one of the most legit martial artists in the world. Also, are you talking about movie 13? Because if you are, that movie is complete crap and has nothing to do with actual PL's. Gohan is defeated in one blow, Gotenks does alright, and Goku wins it all. It makes no sense.
