What if Vegeta had achieved SSJ3 and Cell had absorbed 16? Who would win?

Sry to bring down this post, but Cell wouldn't absorb 16, because he is just robot parts. He would not gain any energy from absorbing 16.

yeah but if he would get more powerful then what? and the other two androids were mostly parts i know they were once human.

17 and 18 were Cyborgs but what if he absorbed Super 17 is that better? Or Meta Frieza. Lets say he absorbed Super 17.

were talking ssj3 dude not ssj4 and well..cell would win beacause it took all of gokues strenght to beat super 17 and imagine that power added on to cell!
