it would be intresting. but i dont think hed change much cause transformations dont matter what your pl is it always stays the same.

ss3 vs perfect cell= ss3 would win

perfect cell after absorbing 17 vs ss3 = cell wins

it would take ss4 to take him down or gogeta.

question out of topic, if ss4 was open to the moon, would he go to the monkey form while being ss4, or only ss3 can go to monkey form.

no cause ssj4 is faster im not sure physically stronger and it can think.
