I was thinking, at the end of GT, when Goku formed the universal Spirit Bomb that obliterated Omega Shenron, what if, there could be like, five universes giving their energies to help form it.
Such an attack would most likely destroy the planet in a heartbeat IMO.

What if there were five universes?... how did you think of that question?
Universe (Dai Kaioshin)
4 Parts of the Universe (Kaioshin)
16 Galaxies (Dai Kaio)
64 Parts of Galaxies (Kaio)
And... that's it. There is no five universes or something like that. Except if you count the demon universe. And the different timelines created. But there is no way to collect energy into a Genki dama from those parts. So practically, the final Genki dama was the strongest one possible.
And, by the way. Such an attack would most likely destroy the planet in a heartbeat. Frieza form 1 could most likely destroy the planet in a heartbeat. Super Perfect Cell could most likely destroy the solar system in a heartbeat. The final Genki dama... well, there is not enough matter in the universe for it to destroy so it will destroy everything and there will be more it could destroy. Although the power of Goku and Vegeta's fusions at that point far surpasses the power of the universal Genki dama.
What I'm trying to say is that saying Such an attack would most likely destroy the planet in a heartbeat practically doesn't mean anything after the Frieza fight...

Well, Supervegetto3, it could destroy almost any villain with an Multi
Universal Spirit Bomb as while as a planet since Goku may not
have enough power to control such a hugeimense of power.

It was PROVEN that Goku could beat any villain with the single-universal (LOL) Genki dama since he beat Omega Shenron with it who was stated to be the most powerful villain they had ever faced. And Goku would be able to control that much power because, well, it's not a matter of power, it's a matter of pure heart whether you can use the energy donated to you as you wish. Goku was never shown having trouble controlling a Genki dama. Remember how Gohan send back the Genki dama to Vegeta in the Saiyan saga, despite the fact that he was just a little kid.

If one can make a Muiti-universe Spirit Bomb where the energy is collected from this and any or all parallel universes or alternate timelines, then this bomb will destroy everything in the universe where the Spirit Bomb is used. (You cannot really destroy any alternate timelines (or parallel universe) unless you are actually in that particular universe.

Vegeta-the most powerful sayajin

Well I believe its possible for that magnitude of power to reach across even borders of time. We see Shin Boo able to cut through space with a mere shout. This Spirit Bomb may won't just rip through space but time as well, causing it to destroy alternate time lines in the process.

But it doesn't matter anyway. Goku can't just say "Hey everyone from all times send me your chi please". Besides, how much time would it take to make such a Genki dama? The enemy would have probably incinerated Goku into a pile of dust before he could finish it.

Yeah, exactly.
Unless Goku and/or the Kais can use telepathy to ask Goku or Kais in the other timelines (or whoever that's willing) to help gather up chi (or energy) and build a collaberated Spirit Bomb. That might speed up the process a bit, again, providing the inhabitants cooperate.

Lol we don't even know if ki energy can travel through time (most possibly it can't) yet we are discussing about a Genki Dama that contains the energy of people from all timelines... we must be really obsessed with Dragonball.
