Bulma and Chichi fuse to become... uh... Bulchima?
Pan and Trunk's younger sister (what's her name?) fuse. I'm sure they can both turn Super Saiyans.
Androids 17 and 18 fuse to become a light brown hair or brunette being

Piccalo and Gohan fuse to become Picgohano (sounds like Spanish).

Jinzoningen = "man-made man", or Android
Juuchachigo = eighteen
So: Jinzoningen Juuchachigo = Android #18. Just for the record

I know this sounds stupid but you know how there is a Super 17?
How about two Eighteens become one to form Super 18 (An Android 18 with much longer hair)
As for a fusion, since they're in the games I guess Videl and Android 18 via Potara (Juuhachidel) and Fusion Dance (Videchigou)
Zangya (from Bojack Unbound) and Mamba (from A Hero's Legacy) (Zangamba)
Heres one that may be quite powerful
Goku + Majuub = Gokuub (via Potara) or Uuboku (via Fusion Dance)
