It's not real. Studio Tomita made pictures such as this years ago. Though they are great in terms of detail, they have nothing to do with the Dragon Ball universe other than being pictures of the characters.

I would know what Supersaiyan 3 Gohan would look like, preatty much like Supersaiyan 3 Goku one droopy strand of hair. Plus I don't think it's possible for Gohan to go Supersaiyan 3 dont you have to be like full blodded supersaiyan or somthing like that?

While I don't agree with it, some say since Gotenks is a fusion of two half-Saiyans he counts as both a whole human and a whole Saiyan.

Wait a minute, where does it say that you have to be a full-blooded Saiyan to turn SSJ3? And why does this apply to SSJ3 but not the previous two levels? I thought if you have the power and potentials to reach that level, you should be able to reach it some day. I think SSJ3 Gohan is possible and his hair will look like a mix between his SSJ2 form and when he first become SSJ with long hair in the Time Chamber.
As for SSJ4, don't you need a tail for that? Wasn't Gohan's tail cut off when he was younger, or did he have a tail when he was born? Also, did Trunks or Goten have one when they were born and, if yes, were they also cut off?

It is nowhere stated that Saiyan hybrids do not have the ability to advance to Super Saiyan 3 or even 4 at their sheer leisure, if they have the power. But because the hybrids shown have all ultimately given up training and fighting, none went as far as to reach those levels.
The only thing Saiyans need to go SS4 is a tail and strong moonrays. Gohan had a tail but they removed it, so he could go SS4. For Goten and Trunks, while their is no concrete proof about them, it is possible that they had tails but they were permanently removed at birth. Bulma and Chi-chi wouldn't want giant monkeys destroying their homes (imagine the doctors in the hospital when Chi-chi gives birth to Gohan and the baby suddenly has a tail!)
But each of them could go SS4 the way Vegeta did-with an extremely immense amount of moonrays.

No, they couldn't. You have to be full-blooded Saiyan to reach the 4th level. On top of everything else, when in the Oozaru form, you have to be fully concious of yourself. Since Goku is a pure Saiyan, he is able to gain control of himself but Gohan is completely unaware of himself. My theory is that you have to be a pure Saiyan to actually gain control of yourself in the Oozaru form.
Gohan most likely could go SSJ3 but it's possible that he never needed it since he gained the mystic powers from Rou Dai Kaioshin.

I think Gohan would get stronger if he goes Ssj3 because he would be on his furthest Sayian limits and he would have mystic abilities.

that would be impossable. when he became mystic gohan he lost the ability to go any form of super saiyan.

Pictures aside, couldn't Gohan actually become Super Saiyajin 4? I understand that it took the Blutz waves in GT for Vegeta and Goku to turn, so couldn't the same device used on Vegeta be used on Gohan? Gohan did have a tail after all.
