With only bankai to rely on, let alone shikai, I believe Yoruichi would definitely lose, unless she's way more hax'd than I'd initially conceived. Personally, she'd probably lose to unreleased Nnoitara, so she'd probably lose to Kenpachi at his peak before having his eyepatch torn off, though I figure she'd at least win before he started adapting to fighting under that level of pressure again and controlling his strength properly. With Shunko, I'd definitely see her taking out base Nnoitra, as well as Kenpachi with his eyepatch intact, but still losing to both a released Nnoitra and Kenpachi without his eyepatch. With Shunko and Shikai, I'd give her a legitimate shot at either of them at their best. In fact, I'd lean towards her winning. With Shunko and Bankai, she'd manhandle them. Both at once.

Would her speed play a role in this? As far as I remember, Kenpachi isn't especially fast, and neither is Noitora. As long as she had the power to put a hole in him, shouldn't she be able to go speed crazy around him and slit his throat, or shank his heart or something?
