Soul Society Arc. Ichigo and Byakuya using Bankai. Without Ichigo's Reiatsu crushing his bones. Shunsui and Jushiro using Shikai.
Go.

Uh, Ichigo had way too many limitations at that point, I doubt they could finish off Kyouraku and Ukitake before the bone-breaking kicks in, and at that point unless Hollow Ichigo intervenes, Ichigo is outta the picture and Kyouraku and Ukitake can kill off Byakuya. They'd put up a great fight beforehand though, and I can't see Ukitake and Kyouraku anywhere but on the defensive edge of the fight until Ichigo's Bankai starts putting the pressure on him.

*facepalm*
I was making two match-ups yesterday (this one and a Yamamoto one). I only wrote in one of them "without his Reiatsu crushing his bones". Apparently it was the one I x'd out of. :/ [/end of rambling]

(Did you just edit it in or did I not notice it before in the intro post?)
Without that limitation, then Ichigo and Byakuya have this, I reckon. The defensive abilities of Byakuya's Bankai are a perfect utility to complement Ichigo's speed. Ichigo in Bankai can definately handle one of his opponents in Shikai, while Byakuya can keep the other one off his back, then he can turn around and handle the remaining one. It wouldn't be as simple, but that's the basic idea behind it.
