What if Gurimujo was able to release his zanpakuto when battling against Shinji with his Hollow Mask. Who would win?

Well, Shinji seems to have a little knowledge of the Espada and the Vaizard but he wasn't scared of Grimmjow at all, I think he would take this win quite easily.

It's not something we can predict at the moment. Shinji did consider him dangerous, and was momentarily taken aback by Grimmjow's releasing. Shinji was much stronger than him at base. Until we actually see Shinji fight at full, against someone we can compare to Grimmjow, or compare to someone we can compare to Grimmjow, who knows.

Hollw Mask unreleased Shinji dominated the fight against Grimmjow in a manner pretty similar to the way Hollow Mask Bankai Ichigo did, except he had no time limit. I'd place them in a similar range of power - Shinji could probably be stronger. Since Bankai Ichigo with an unlimited Hollow Mask could defeat Grimmjow's release, I'd say it's pretty certain that Shinji can do it. If he has Shikai, Grimmjow stands no chance at all - Bankai would bring him probably higher than Ulquiorra's level.

Well, if Ichigo can beat Grimmjow with his Bankai and Mask on then I say it shouldn't be a problem at all for Shinji...Shinji will easily take down Grimmjow!
