Did anyone watch the end( arrancer encolpidedia) it hints that Gin knows the new captain.. so the new captain is evil so that's how they'll get out of this.

Though I foreshadow a very cruddy betrayal or death.

HINT: The 3rd seat...IS 8th Espada. >_>

Looks better than anything that's came out from Bleach for a few years. Though some of the filler characters look like they are from the Third Phantom.

I know. But it makes the most sense at the moment anyways. Plus it would be awesome if the new captain knew Gin.

I recently watched that episode as well & I saw a few characters in there that seemed to be involved with soul society things that I didn't recognize as well. Although I have to admit I have missed a few points in bleach; so either I just missed them before or maybe they will be introduced & take active roles in future.
