You mean SS arc Kenpachi right? Personally, I think Ishida would win with his longer range but we don't really know how strong the Quincy's final form was, so who knows? Of course, if worse came to worse, Kenpachi could always pull out that little power up he used in the HM arc to beat Noitora.

Anyways, I wouldn't put Uryu (Quincy Final Form) ahead of Kenpachi (Full-Effort, Eye-Patch On) so yeah I'd give it to Kenpachi (Eye-Patch Removed) easily.

I forgot to say that they both are Soul Society arc. Don't forget that if Ishida would hit Mayuri Kurotsuchi in the head he'd be dead in an instant. (like stated by Nemu)

I'd say Kenpachi, pretty easily. Mayuri wasn't about to get in Kenpachi's way, and he basically always has his eye patch on. Uryu appeared to be a lot stronger than Mayuri at Quincy Final Form, but eyepatch removed, I'd give Kenpachi the lead. Furthermore, as long as Kenpachi does take the fight close range (and he's quite adaptable, as has been demonstrated), there's nothing Ishida can do.
