My money is on Ishida. Ikkaku might have the advantage in strength and speed here, but it couldn't be particularly great, not that great that Ishida's range and tactical abilities can't make up for them. The fight between Ichigo and Ikkaku wasn't extremely close - Ichigo had a fair lead on him once they were fighting all-out. Ishida would only place a tad lower than Ichigo in my calculations. He is fast, he is resilient, and he stated later on he had a lot of the Quincy silver tubes in Soul Society arc, which he could use to create an advantage if the situation got dangerous. Even if Ikkaku wounded Ishida, Ishida could still use Ransoutengai. Hirenkyakou would put him at an, even temporary, speed advantage, since Ikkaku never struck me as the speed type. I believe Ikkaku relies way too much on close-range combat to defeat Ishida at this point. The fight would be close, but I'm giving this to the Quincy.
