Do you think there are other traitors in Soul Society?
Aizen, Gin and Tousen left to Hueco Mundo and we all know how the events happened. Now, do you think Aizen, Gin and Tousen are the only "bad" captains?
Maybe some vice-captain could be secretly working with them. Someone we don't know much of like Hisagi Shuuhei or Kira or someone else? I bet that one of the vice-captains (without a captain) is secretly working with his captain in Hueco Mundo... Heck, it could even be another captain. Just think about it...

People are saying Unohana which is possible...I guess. I think we've had enough traitors personally, but who knows? Maybe Yamamoto is the master mind behind everything and the real 'good guy' is Aizen.

Ok, I changed the thread's title since its a bit misleading.
Unohana, yeah its possible. We never got to know much about her. But I'm about to bet its one of the vice-captains whose captains left SS.

Hisagi is unlikely, given the amount of "emotional damage" Tite wrote for his character because of his captain's betrayal.
It's hard to create hypotheses for the story when it could go either way. Tite Kubo could make them all Saiyans in the next chapter if he wanted to. =\

I don't think either Mayuri or Kisuke will betray the soul society. Mayuri because he seems to have a warped loyalty/looks up too Kisuke. And Kisuke because ... well I guess I just hope he don't as he is my favorite character at this point

she along with shunsui and the coughing-silver-hair, have been there for a LOOOONNGGG f*****ckin time.... i dont beleev she'll become a traitor... she is too cool for this.. i dont think the gotei 13 has any traitors left, all of them are already battle-ready, either in karakura or Hueco Mundo
