I think that by the latest chapter, Ichimaru Gin has just been written off as the 'true' villain, even though he will probably betray Aizen.

Regardless, what convinced you of Urahara?

What also gives that away was how he declared to make "an organization within that division [12] the likes of which Soul Society has never seen."

That can go in a bad direction...especially since Kisuke needed someone like Mayuri to help establish it, who has been imprisioned on terms of being a dangerous person.

I don't think so. Maybe, but I don't think so. Urahara is one of those relatively cliche "Goofy mentor" anime characters. Bleach is out of the norm a bit for most anime, but not that out of the norm. =P

Also, he may have just wanted Mayuri's help because it's obvious Mayuri is just one big crazy nerd. =P I haven't read the chapter yet, but...

And I seriously doubt Unohana is the main villain, I mean, she's a girl.

It'd suck ass if every one from Bleach started randomly turning evil.

We've had Aizen and Tousen (everyone knew Ichimaru was evil to begin with), a few plot twists would make it interesting and I expect one of the 'big guys' to turn out on Aizen's side as well, and also I expect one or more to defect over to his side (Hinamori / Matsumoto, probably), but if like... everyone is involved in a big chaotic plot, it'd just ruin everything.

I hope not. Too many plot twists make a series pure shit. It seems like ever since the betrayal of Aizen and Co. you all are "on the look out" for things that imply foreshadowing. I hope you're all wrong. =\

I predict that Aizan is the true villain of Bleach. I bet however that he will beat Yamamoto Genryuusai, Ichigo, Urahara Kisuke. But then when he is tired and hurt, Momo will kill him.
