Anyway, I think Grimmjow and Noitora are definitely alive. Grimmjow is the obvious "bad-guy-gone-rogue-good-guy" archetype, and Noi...well...he just seems like he has unfinished business in the story.

Tesla definitely can't die. He is Man-Bear-Pig; only Al Gore can defeat him with his environmental-type Bankai, the most POWERFUL Zanpakuto of its kind in all of Soul Society: Super Cereal. His Shikai is just "Cereal", and its release chant is "Excelsior!".

I think that grimmjow is going to become a Vegeta type character, he will stay alive, help Ichigo with the idea that, if Ichigo dies, he will not get a rematch.
