SSJ3 Goku VS Evangelion Unit 01

I thought, hell, if theres a DBZ VS Mortal Combat thread, why not DBZ VS Evangelion, the only series I can remember with beings that could possibly stand against the Z Fighters.

Who do you reckon takes this one. (Please don't vote if you have not seen both series, thats just gay)

I know nothing about Evangelion, besides the fact it's a giant robot, so this post will probably reek of fanboyism but...

Your pitting a super saiyan 3 against a robot driven by ordinary people?
Shouldn't Goku's speed alone mean that... it's basically killed, right away? Unless Eva has some serious, heavy duty firepower/ a way to react to Gou's movements, I cant see it putting up a fight.

Evangelion has an Absolute Terror field. The best way to describe it, is that a beam powered by all of Tokyo was enough to penetrate an AT field, while an apparantly infinite number of bombs could not.

Goku can take a lot more than thats surely, espcially in his SSJ3 form.
Goku's EVERYTHING in SSJ3 versus Evangelion Unit 01 = Goku Wins.

Goku easily. AT field might cause some problem for Goku, but it would simply be too slow to land a hit, let alone block once the AT field is defeated. Also, since the pilots feel everything Eva feels, that would also mean problems.
