At a game of chess. Both are assumed to have a complete understanding of the rules (in other words, it's a given that they both know how to play; obviously, Lelouch does, but I wasn't so sure about Near). And of course, Lelouch's Mangekyou SharinGeass is forbidden.
So who wins this? Carbon-copy Yagami Raito Lelouch or crazy mad Gamesharker-of-life Near?

Near sucks.
I vote Lelouch... To be honest, I really don't know enough of Lelouch just yet to make a decision. I hate to admit it, but Near would be a tough nut to crack.

I like how the only people who voted for Near also obviously have no idea who Lelouch even is. =/

Nuh-uh.
You'll have to subject yourself to watching Code Gayass (Geass), just like I did.

25 episodes is the standard size for an anime series, it's not big by any standard.

Back on topic, gaiz:
Do you think Near actually plays chess? I mean, he's a hardcore gamer of all kinds, and he DOES come from Wammy's House in Winchester, England. I'm sure he must've played it at some point. Or do you think he was too busy stacking dice and fiddling with his Gameshark?

He plays video games? He probably just does puzzles and word cross puzzles. I could see him playing chess but who would want to play such a genius or thought to be genius? I don't doubt that he has participated in those things.

The thing is, in the very first episode of Code Geass, Lelouch demonstrates mad chess hax.
I wanted to know if he could possibly beat Near, the ultimate all-time Gamesharker.
