Yes, all at the same Level. You also don't seem to understand what Attack and Special Attack are. Attack is a statistic which rates the proficiency of physical power. For example, Machamp's Low Kick would be physical. Special Attack is the proficiency in any non-physical ability such as elements, psychic abilities, etc.

Only Rinnegan, Sharingan, and Byakugan are known to be the three great Doujutsu, and I'm certain Jiraiya didn't know of Mangekyou Sharingan when he made that statement, since that was a closely-guarded clan secret.

Also, having the superior Kekkei Genkai does not automatically make you superior; As we saw with Sasuke breaking Itachi's Genjutsu, the eye is just the weapon and requires actual ability to wield.

Also, Tien needs air to breathe, so no planet-destroying for him. Besides, he'll be too busy eating his own asshole from the inside once Itachi uses his mad Geass eyes to hax his brain.

You don't seem to understand the power Pokémon seem to possess. Compared to Naruto characters, the Legends outclass them by far. Arceus created the universe. Dialga can warp time, at will. His Roar of Time, a simple roar, can distort time itself. Palkia can bend the physical universe at his will. He just says something doesn't exist, and it no longer exists. Groudon threatened to drought oceans just by awakening. Kyogre threatened to drown the world. Blaine stated Mewtwo could be used to conquer the world. Lance stated Lugia had the power to destroy civilization. Latios can outspeed a jet. Even Pokémon like Raichu can relase 100,000 volts of electricty. Machamp can release 1,000 punches in just two seconds. These are the same punches that can send moving trains flying into the distance. Celebi can travel through time at will. Jirachi can grant any wish, no restrictions. Regigigas has the power to move continents with his hands. Hell, Giratina created and lived in an entire universe parallel to ours. So yeah, point is, Pokémon aren't to be underestimated. Some of them have the power of Gods. In fact, some of them are Gods.

If Alakazam compares to this, then there's no way anyone in Naruto would defeat him. D=

1. That doesn't prove why Pein is stronger. Just being able to use the eye isn't enough, because you actually have to be better with it. Which he isn't, unless you can prove otherwise.

2. That makes no sense. Planet vaporizing is planet vaporizing- if you're vaporizing a planet, you're...vaporizing a planet. >_>

@Island: Seriously? Hm, I never thought Pokemon were that powerful. I take it the manga's a bit different than the anime?

1. Having a greater eye technique does not equate to being stronger. Rock Lee has no eye technique but found no problem in beating down two-tomoe Sharingan Sasuke. Naruto has no eye-technique yet he still defeated Neji. It's over-all power that counts.

2. Unless Tien has proven himself capable of breaking Itachi's genjutsu, surviving an attack that can burn anything or breaking an indestructable barrier then I doubt it'd be that easy.

According to Giovanni, it only takes Red a second to thrown a Pokéball.

Even then, he has never caught a Legend, save Mewtwo. Mewtwo was only captured because he juggled between Blaine, Rapidash, Venusaur, Gyarados, and a few others. This is the same Mewtwo who was untrained and otherwise dying from a genetic illness. He was captured because he was busy fighting off his opponents, and Pikachu jumped out with a Master Ball. Oh, and did I forget to mention how he destroyed a good portion of a city before they fought. So, lets recap. Mewtwo was juggling a team of Pokémon, whilst being mortally ill, untrained, newborn, and otherwise weakened from leveling a city.

Stuff that in Itachi's cock and suck it. =/

Edit: Oh, yeah. Red isn't 12. He's 16.
