Yes - Ganondorf is omnipotent. He holds the power of the Gods & only the power of the Gods can stop him. Even then, it only manages to stun him. Ganondorf was only killed by having the Master Sword impaled through his chest & then having his magic supply cut off. The Master Sword is the power of the Gods. His magic supply was only cut off because his connection to the physical universe went suicidal, thus locking his powers away once more. Since Itachi has neither the Master Sword or is the connection of Ganondorf's magic, he cannot win. Also, that connection cannot die. Zant, the connection stated Ganondorf would just bring him back. Basically saying, both need to be dying / dead at the same time for Ganondorf to die. By the Master Sword.

So Itachi can't kill him. What about paralyzing him/rendering him incapacitated?

Only Light Arrows have paralyzed him. He was also paralyzed by his own Magic Blasts which were only deflected by the Master Sword. Even then, they only stunned him for a few moments. Incapitation - Impossible. Even if he went through decapitation, he'd still get back up. If Itachi fought w/ Kisame, Ganondorf would just possess Kisame & use him against Itachi. He could probably possess Itachi, effecively making him commity suicide. Also, as I said, Ganondorf can turn disembodied.

Also, Ganondorf can warp / teleport & fly.

Most humans would be appalled at the idea of killing their entire family and leaving their own brother emotionally tormented. Itachi did it without batting an eye. The best Cthulu could get out of Itachi is maybe a slight "WTF?", but that's about it. =/

Itachi dodges its attacks with Sharingan, hell, blocks them, maybe even fights back against them evenly (it IS balanced power, after all). And like I said, the power of Cthulu compressed into something smaller like Itachi would...result in Itachi slicing through him, like Orochimaru through-

I would Tousen takes this quite easily due to his Shikai's. One of them, " sings" giving you an eerie pitch in your ear , causing you to either faint or become weary and his other one sends like at least 100 blades towards you and there no way Itachi could withstand that.

Basically, Ganondorf cannot be injured / killed by anything beneath God - Light Arrows, Master Sword, Triforce, etc. He's only been stunned through magic & Light Arrows. In fact, he has been crucified alive, but he like, shrugged it off, & but was sealed. Sealing is basically the only thing that works on him, & that's after you've defeated him with God powers. In other words, he'd get right back up after everything Itachi throws at him. Ganondorf, offensively, is a terrific magician, swordsman, & horseman. He's advanced in just about everything, & he even has his beast transformation, in which he turns into a giant Hog which charges through portals...

His only weakness is the glowing gap in his chest, but you'd need a God object to cause it damage.

Itachi Vs. Captain Falcon (as seen in this video:)

One Falcon Punch and it's a draw, seeing as it sets off a nuke and obliterates a solar system...

C. Falcon jumps at Itachi from his light-speed cruiser, giving him a similar velocity towards his opponent. He hits Itachi with the Falcon Punch, both of them dying in the cataclysmic explosion, along with any remaining life in the Solar system they had to be fighting in.

Keep in mind, this is that particular anime Falcon we're talking about...
