I just realized I really missed reading these long an interesting paragraphs of crimson text. <333 I missed you, man!
I can see how you'd get tired of the Oblongs. I only catch it on every so often so the old episodes seem new to me again. I remember watching the Space Ghost show and drawing for some reason. It was one of the few things me and my brother could bond on. The Brak show was hilarious though. Mission Hill, too. I was looking through a program list for Adult Swim. That was a good one too. But that got old the last time they played it. You know, I think I dislike Ghost in the shell because I've never seen episode 1. I can never catch the first episodes and I only watch Adult Swim sparingly these days. So whenever I turn it on I have very little idea about what's happening. I, too, gave Gundam SEED a try. It was interesting at first, but it seemed to just wear on...and on...and on. Plus I was never really a mecha fan to begin with, so I stopped. Inuyasha is good (though in moderation.) Except for the Band of Seven arc. I never get tired of that. Never. Some reason that arc was just really impressive to me. Most Kouga based Episodes are good too. ^_^ As for my favorite animes on AS...I did enjoy Witch Hunter Robin (Own it.) Even if it was bland, which was one of the reasons I disliked Big O, I really liked the plot and the different types of witches. Seriously, you don't see any really good Witch animes. Or Werewolf animes. They really need more. I enjoyed Samurai Champloo (own it), Paranoia Agent (Own it.), and Trigun too (own it too.) XD Some here would argue that the Trigun anime is bad. >_> But I think it's pretty good.

No, we can't.
MAYBE if you stopped liking Itachi so much, and moved on to Tobi. Nah, I doubt it. Stay over there with Itachi, I don't need you rotting Tobi with the nail polish.

I loved Samurai Champloo, but because they did repeats so much, I never got to watch it in chronological order... so I never got to really see the whole series. =/ I recorded and saw almost all of Paranoia Agent... omg CONFUSING, but I actually loved it's trippiness. :B Trigun was lyk... OMG GREAT, but ... ONCE AGAIN I never got to see the whole series. I think I got up to like ep 19 or something... and then I got a life on Saturday. NOTRLYLOL. Some other Adult Swim stuff that caught my attention- Outlaw Star! <3 s-CRY-ed.... I think that was on AS... right?

^___^ Good to be hearing that from you. You just earn ten coolness points from yours truly. <3 Blood red text is my speciality.
You got that right. I really wish I would have gotten to watch the first episode of The Oblongs that started it all, but I never get the chance to see it. That is the one episode aside from all of them that I really want to watch. You feel the same way I was - When I used to watch reruns of Dragonball Z over and over again, I was always learning something new from it, such as the reason why Krillin never wanted to deactivate Android 17 because he showed a lot of sympathy for her. In the end, love turned out to be a big mistake of his life, resulting in 17 being assimulated by Semi-Perfect Cell, making him Perfect Cell. I even learned new information about DBZ when I started watching the new and mostly uncut early episodes of it, such as characters that bleed and show more emotions. This was just before they bailed out and switched it with the same crappy dubbed episodes. They really burned me. Space Ghost had some good celebs, but I wish they would used better ones. Thus, the show would have been best! Meh, The Brak Show was very funny. I liked it when Zorak would keep wreaking havoc on Brak. He was after all your stereotypical villian, but I didn't care. Mission Hill? I never really got used to it. I tried to watch it, but I would get lost in my mind trying to figure out what was going on. Best to tell me what the purpose of that show was about. About Ghost in the Shell, that reminds of one of the reasons why I never overall got used to the GitS - I never got the chance to watch the first episode. I had difficulty trying to figure out what Major Motoko's purpose was in the show, especially trying to figure out why she became a cyborg (although with a human brain) in the first place. You tell me. Heck, I had a lot of trouble trying to figure out what the names for all the blasted characters are. Motoko is the only name I know in the GitS series. *blinks* That's a good reason why most of us never got used to the newer Gundam series at all. I have played games like Mechwarrior that talked about heavy mechinery mechs, but I could never grab the concept of it. What I love about InuYasha is that he is, in my opinion, not only a comical relief character but also the hero who always comes to save the fedual-Japanese world from the many demons that threaten to over take the country. I agree, Koga is a good wolf-demon. Although Inuyasha dislikes him, I later got used to him, just like when I got used to Miroku and Sango when they joined the team. I never like the little fox-demon Shippo - He always whined and he hardly gets any recognition in the later shows. Meh, I never got used to Witch Hunter Robin. I watched one episode, I was lost in it. I later gave up on watching it and went on. Can anyone tell me what the purpose of WHR is? Fine by me ... if you say Big O is not a good show, I respect that. I won't get into argue over a silly anime show like that. Ah yes, I remember one of my first conversations I had with you on Samurai Champloo and Paranoia Agent. We did talk all day about PA, trying to understand the motives of Lil' Slugger and his victims. That show was bloody good, even though it was a short-lived anime on [AS]. Nope, Trigun isn't a bad show. I keep forgetting what the main character name is, but he earned the right to be the best anime character like Goku, Vegeta, Perfect Cell, and Inuyasha. That's my opinion. The best episode I like of him was when he was running with a girl who searching for him while he was munching on a big box of donuts. It was hilarious. =D Edit: Sorry to say this, Amero, but I got to go. I'll be back on Saturday during my free time. Hopefully my brother-in-law will not locked me out of the site for the third time. Goodnight! =D Kudos and <3 to you.

I never caught onto that. I was too distracted by the size of Scheris' boobs. And how much I hate her.

She did seem quite a bit annoying indeed. I wonder if Ryuho ever realized that Scheris died for the sake of reviving him? Because I don't remember anything like that.
And if he didn't realize how it went... well, haha, Scheris was ignored to the very end. s-CRY-ed wasn't that good anyhow. Your basic "fight-lose-train-fight again-win + rinse and repeat" shonen series.

Yeah he did realize that, because at the end he wouldn't acknowledge Kiryu or whatever her name was because he didn't want to disrespect Scheris. Though I didn't like her at all, so I would've rather seen her die in vain. Really. .__.
Yeah it was a bit too shonen-y for me to full on love it, but I liked it, I just think the guys were too hell bent on their stupid powers. =/ My favorite character by far was Straight Cougar though. <3 OMGLOVE.

Fuckin' A. This is going to be one long post....(Which is why I neglected it so long) It'd bee too hard to quote. So I'll be addressing Ranny and EPC in whatever random order I feel like it. =]
Rodger's pointy eyebrows ARE scary. I might have even watched Big O if his eyebrows just randomly twitches at inappropriate moments. It would've provided a bit of badly needed fun to that anime. The thing about Witch Hunter Robin...It's really boring in the beginning. I won't lie. It is. You have to catch it at the right moment to see some good witch battles. Like at the end of Episode 1, there was a very short battle but I found it very cool with it's suspenseful music and chingy sound effects. The Trip-fest in Paranoia Agent is what made it great. EPC, that chat we had...I remember it very well. That was legendary in my eyes. Went on for pages, just me and you debating the deep and insightful meaning to every episode. *Gets all teary-eyed and nostalgic* S-CRY-ed I remember not liking. For no real reason. Sort of like Eureka 7, but I can still remember what that anime is about. I argued with Jammy about it, he liked it a lot. But alas, he's not here. So it don't really matter. The only Space Ghost celebs I remember really well are Weird Al and Carrot Top. I think I ended up seeing the Carrot Top episode(s) a lot, since I have the images burned into my brain. Then again...he is a pretty memorable guy. XD Mission Hill? A nerdy younger brother moves in with his lazy, unsuccessful older brother. Shenanigans, usually of a drunken or sexual manner, commence. It got a lot of lulz from me. With Ghost in the Shell, I spent a whole episode trying to figure out what the bloody devil a 'laughing man' is. I never did get the answer to my question. But I did successfully infer that he is some kind of villain...I think. My brother LOVES Mechwarrior. He tried to teach me how to play it well but the controls throw me off. That game is sort of creepily realistic with it's machinery. No worries. No one likes Shippo. It's not nice to make assumptions like that, but in this case it is very very true. Inuyasha, I didn't mind him at first. After 167 episodes the term 'wind scar' really...Makes me a little irritated. Though later in the series he did use Backslash wave an annoying amount as well. Makes me almost miss Blades of Blood, which are used twice before he gets his sword and like...never again after that. Vash, Trigun's main guy is Vash. The episodes get slowly less funny and more serious as things go on, but...It had to gain some sort of a plot sometime I guess.

On Gundam Seed, I think it's like..the greatest anime ever, imo, Gundam Seed Destiny similarly. It carries the series almost totally on plotline, emotion, character development, is totally character focussed, more interesting than watching things take their course through politics and circumstance, totally more personal, actually deals with things that are deep and meaningful, and the battles are epic win, to boot, the ending to both series..was..beyond words, totally, and fully flawless, transcendent in every way, shape, or form.
I will once again blabber on redundantly about how the Trigun anime blows, and is difficult if not impossible to enjoy after reading the manga, srsly, it totally mixes things up and changes the order of things, and changes things all together, includes pointless fillerz to drag things out with moar action, the animation could have been better to boot..and the ending sucked, it gutted the series of it's epic-win. <_< Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex is divided into "Stand Alone (SA)" episodes and "Complex (C)" episodes. Episodes designated SA are stand-alone episodes, while those designated C are tied in with the laughing man storyline. If you miss a single Complex episode, it's a given that you will be confused, to some way or another.

I never liked gundam seed. Yes give me all the angry looks you want but I didn't like it. The gundam series I liked was G Gundam, 08 ms team, Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 stardust memory, and gundam wing. Those gundam series had some serious battle scences and a lot of emotion in them. I just thought Seed was trying to draw out the fan base the other seies had got. I did hate Gundam SD though. Trigun is an awesome anime. "Love and peace!" all the way.
