I'm glad that the Straw Hat crew finally got back up. I'm also glad that the Ace vs. Blackbeard episode is going to come on this week.

I hate Ace, he's like... a character of someone importance, but is hardly anything great and he has so many fans. =|

I think Ace is so special in fans eyes, because he's Luffy's older brother. When we first see him in the Alabasta Arc. He was stronger then Luffy. He has cool Fire powers, is way cooler then his brother, just look as his muscles on his stomach. And as we see against Commodore Smoker and now against Blackberad he is a great fighter. And the reason why he wants to kill blackbeard is just novel. That's why he has so "many" fans. I think he is way better then some of main charas. It's allways nice to see him.

They're all generic fanboy reasons, really. Besides, he got pwned by Blackbeard, BADLY. At least he had a go though.

Agreed. I don't know how his fight with Blackbeard ended as I let some chapters out. But I think that the fact that there is a whole unknown story behind him is what makes him so interesting. There is not known about his past or about himself so it allways nice seeing him to fight, for me it's same, as we see Dracule Mihawk. There is also somethign special about him. But this is my opinion, thougth, soo...

We still don't know the outcome of Ace and Blackbeard's fight. All we know is it will cause a great incident in the Grand Line. By the way, I think the episode was excited.
