Does anyone know where Hattori is while Lucci is fighting Luffy?

No idea. Presumably Hattori is still in the same chamber, just out of the way from the two fighting. Hattori is the least elaborated character so far, and its only apparent use is a talking bird.

I think Hattori could be a Paramecia devil fruit user.

If you state Hattori is a paramecia user, then elaborate. Don't leave with a pointless statement.

Hattori could be a person with a Pidgeon Devil Fruit.

Or Hattori could be a Pidgeon with something else. Perhaps the paramecia fruit to talk? Would make sense since thats the only thing we've seen him do.

Hattori doesn't talk. Lucchi is a ventriloquist, he's been talking FOR Hattori. If you mean that he moves his mouth then he does.

I think there's something with Hattori. I mean, I don't think Lucchi is the type of person to have a love for birds, so maybe Hattori has a power of some sort.

Hattori could very possibly have some kind of a DF ability. Or he just is Lucchi's pet. Either way.

Hattori is probably Rokushiki capable, considering it works with CP9, and on the shoulder of CP9's most powerful fighter. Even if it doesn't have a DF and is just a smart bird, it could be lethal with its "Swooping Shigan" or its "Tekkai: Pidgeon Bomb" (Ya know what I mean)

I still don't understand how a weapon could eat a devil fruit. So does this mean that anyone or anything can eat one?

Maybe he ate the human-human fruit like Chopper. I think that's the only fruit that has affect on animals

but as far as we saw only the human-human fruit has an effect on animals

I think that there's only 1 devil fruit of it's own. What I mean to say is that there's only 1 gum gum fruit, human human fruit and so on.

Well, Spandam's sword even has a DF ability. And I think that there's more than one devil fruit.
