17 is definitely stronger than 18, and the amount is never stated, it could easily be the large gap I used.
Tien could quite possibly be in the millions. Do you think the Kikoho is a 30000x power boost? With this power level, his attack against Semiperfect Cell is merely 40x
Krillin sux BTW, Tien has been training non stop since Dragon Ball, Krillin is a lazy bum.
