Raditz's hair would grow even longer, it's common sense. Ssj3 growed Goku's normal length of hair to a longer length. Raditz's long hair would grow to an even longer length, so that it's a mammoth compared to Raditz's body.

His moustace would grow I presume, to the level so that he could qualify as a character from Dynasty Warriors. Also his eyebrows would disapear too as normal.
