This is the last time I'm going to repeat myself, if you don't understand, that's yoir problem: Majin Buu released ALL of his evil, which was so great that it created another form. Mr. Buu is pure, and has no evil within him, therefore, he cannot, and I repeat, cannot release another Evil Buu. What part of that don't you understand?
You also make yourself look funny with that opinion thing, since you believe your theory or word is more reliable then an official guide to the series. Go figure. If you believe everything they say, then you believe Goku was going to defeat Super Buu, and that Vegeta, Gohan, and Krillin would be enough to handle Freeza just because Vegeta says so.

Gohan got angry against Nappa, kicked him away, his power increased; Gohan got angry and released a Masenko, but his power increased; Gohan got angry and kicked Dodoria away, which no 1,500 level can do since Dodoria saw it somewhat, so his power increased; Gohan got angry when Freeza thrashed Krillin and thrashed him, his power increased; Gohan got angry when Freeza was thrashing Piccolo, and his power increased.
Most of those times, there was no outright quote that his power increased, but logic says it did. Also; Piccolo was very afraid when Majin Buu was releasing all of that energy, and just stated that "it was odd", because he didn't understand it at all. So, you see, you still can't disprove of a stated fact; the end.
