Why would Buu be naturally more resilient than Vegeta? He's a fat guy after all.... Also why would Goku consider the possibility that Wraith Buu will be born again if Buu's chi wasn't same as before(Majin Buu's).
Whats your point? Does Gohan's power increases every time he gets angry, or only when its stated or obvious that he's increased his power cos of anger? Same goes for buu.
