I don't see how it's broke.
If Goku uses the Kaioken technique then his skill and power is multiplied by a certain amount, this is represented by (X).
Goku + Kaioken 1 = Goku x (X).
To go Kaioken 2, Goku must increase this.
[Goku + Kaioken 1 = Goku x (X)] + Kaioken 1 = Goku + Kaioken 2 = Goku x (2X)
So for Kaioken 3, you don't double Kaioken 2, but you just increase it, thus.
[Goku + Kaioken 2 = Goku x (2X)] + Kaioken 1 = Goku + Kaioken 3 = Goku x (3X).
