Personnaly, I place him way above Shin Buu(Gohan absorbed). Considering Goten and Trunks went from much weaker than Cell(Post Zenkai) to much stronger than Fat Buu, then I see no reasons to not give that kind of increase to Goku and Vegeta. In fact, it should be much bigger considering they're completely opposite and their union should create a flawless warrior.

There's no way Rildo could generate a blast powerful enough to obliterate Kid Buu completely, which is needed or else he'll just regenerate endlessly. Even on that metallic planet, Kid Buu would still absolutely and thoroughly rape Rildo to smitherines.
