By "why", I mean "why do you think he got a zenkai?". Nobody else gets zenkais.
And what would make you think he got one in the first place? If you think the heores had Cell Games power levels in Movie 8, then Broly's fighting
weaker people in Movie 10. So why's he got to have a zenkai to do that?
