Rather than typing time consuming sentences, I'll quote Darkprince410:

2) Even though he didn't name them as Ssj Gotenkusu, he did have them learn what battle powers to stay at in their Ssj states so that they can fuse. As such, he fully anticipated them fusing while in their Ssj forms, thus automatically resulting in Ssj Gotenkusu.
3) Considering base Gotenkusu has a battle power in the range of an Ssj2, it wouldn't require a high multiplier to have their Ssj battle power equal or higher than Gokuu's Ssj3 battle power.
4) The thing is though, any time a statement he makes is incorrect, there's corroborating evidence to support why it is incorrect. However, nothing is shown that disproves that Ssj Gotenkusu was above Ssj3 Gokuu in power.

I use a 80x multiplier for the fusion dance - you simply just have Goten and Trunks far too weak.
