9.8/10 and here is why

Positive
• Incredible environment. Hits home for me since I live in NJ and work in Manhattan
• Amazing AI
• Well developed story and in depth character development
• Tons of extra stuff to keep you occupied for hours upon hours, from side missions to watching television, to playing games or just listening to the radio while drunk driving
• Online offers a whole new experience to the world of GTA
• Plenty of awesome game types and options to keep online multiplayer new and refreshing for well more than a years worth addictive gaming
• Online rank up feature is great along with unlocking new player models can provide much more purpose to rank other than being the best
• Graphics and gameplay are smooth
• Excellent soundtrack
• More interactive buildings plus the take cover feature is a nice addition
• Playing online, inviting friends, taking pictures, calling friends/girlfriends or even calling a player on the opposing team to make fun of him make the cell phone an incredible feature.
• The stunts(unique jumps) are just as fun in this game as they where in the last
• New Race modes are tons of fun. Driving drunk is hilarious

Negative
• No more swimming underwater, riding bicycles and working out annoyed me
• Auto-Aim online makes ranked matches annoying
• The driving while trying to be realistic can be hard to get used to
• The roll feature gets you killed easier than it helps dodging bullets
• Paying the bridge toll can be frustrating
• No tanks at 6 stars anymore (I miss the tanks)
• What good is a bus if it can only hold 4 friends??
• You can't customize the main character as much you could in San Andreas
