No game is ever going to be perfect, hell no. However I have to say that its improved a hell of alot of things that the previous installments messed up. Yeh alot of missions are repetitive, but there is enough variety to keep me coming back for more.
All the things that I used to find extremely tedious in other GTAs [such as girlfriends or taxi missions] I enjoy a hell of a lot more in GTA4. Hell I stayed up til 3 in the morning last night just doing drug runs for LJ and pissing around in the Police Cruisers.

Graphics a great. Gameplay is great. Longevity is great. Sound is great.
I cant think of much else you would grade a game on.

This game was that hyped, it was obvious that someone was going to give it a perfect score. Its not the first time it has happened.
