I don't understand the point of the match-up.
From the manga viewpoint Super Saiya-jin Gotenkusu is superior to Gokuu after the Rosat by a noticeable degree, then becomes a Super Saiya-jin 3 and is heavily outmatched by Gohan. Shin Janenba is strong enough to take Super Saiya-jin 3 Gokuu's chi blasts without feeling them but that wouldn't put him too far past Post-Rosat Gotenkusu.
From the Anime viewpoint Gohan would lose given that Super Saiya-jin 3 Gokuu is the strongest in the Anime and that Shin Janenba is stronger than him.
