you basically said my post was half correct and then made it fully correct. Your body wether it is able to handle weighted clothing or not should not undergo that stress in specific areas. Just like you said you would need an outfit that distributes weight evenly across the entire body so that no one joint or bone is handling the extra weight during the exercise. Therefore my post about stef getting a jacket which only covers the upper torso would be bad for his back.
