Speaking of lisps, for the people that naturally have the impediment, it's tolerable because you know they can't help it. However, for the gay people that do it: why? It doesn't make a man sound feminine, it just makes him sound stupid. That, when used in conjunction with the bubble gum cheerleader tone, has to be the most grating and annoying aural punishment on the planet.
