SSJ Goku (NameK) - fight with Freeza
SSJ Goku (Earth) - "fight with Trunks"
SSJ Goku (After 3 years training) - fight with A-19
SSJ Goku (post-rosat) - fight with Cell
About Vegeta:
SSJ Vegeta - fight with A-19 A-18
SSJ Vegeta (post-rosat) fight with Semi-Perfect Cell.

Very simple. In (Movie 6) was SSJ Vegeta and SSJ Goku (after 3 years training).
The same Vegeta who fight A-18 and the same Goku who fight 19 (but without ilness).
