The reason that this hulk looks different than the first one is because they design the hulk to look like the actor who plays Bruce Banner. This is what they did with him in the first movie.
Edward Norton and Liv Tyler are much more talented than those half-ass actors casted in the first movie. I have a feeling that this will simply be mediocre, but looking on the bright side, it will probably be much better than the first one.
I've known about this movie for about a year now.
