Not really cause Cell didn't come back after Gohan killed him. If Super 17 absorbed enough power, both Cell and Buu would be history. And why do you say Buu's regeneration is better then Shenrons? Shenron got hit with Goku's Dragon Fist and was blown to pieces and regenerated. Buu was blown to pieces and regenerated too. Sounds equal to me. I think it would be a decent fight, but the GT villains pull off the win.
