DarthVenom, are you using the same multipliers (For advantages) as in DBZ?
Sorry if I seem picky by pointing this out, but I think that's giving Bulma a little too much credit. She'd be lucky to be half as strong as the farmer in my opinion.
-For the 21st tournament, I think you should add Jackie Chun (Serious). I say this because for his fight with Yamcha and some of the fight with Krillin, he wasn't using his full power.

I think Chappa deserves a bit more credit than that. he did win the tournament untouched afterall, and Roshi thought of him as a threat if I remember correctly.
I think she should be higher than that. She was able to make Goku go on guard afterall, and she was able to jump very high.
A good attempt, though I'd suggest being more conservative with the list should you ever re-do it. Dragonball lists are pretty tough.
