It's probably because of Goku and Vegeta's base strengths. By the way I made a mistake earlier, I use a 600x potara multiplier.
I have Goku at 1,000,000,000 and Vegeta at 800,000,000
So that's 1.8 x 600 = 1,080,000,000,000
I have Super Buu at like 1,800,000,000,000
