"Deja Vu," Spiderman replied plainly.
He remembered how out of breath he was last time and noted that he wouldn't have much webbing left. So Spiderman instead climbs to yet another rooftop and runs to catch up with the streaking train. He looks at the hole to judge the distance and then cart-wheels over the building to land near it. The train was closing in--30 seconds, 25.
He snuck a glance at the side window which displayed the train's current destination. It would pass near and abandoned construction site and that's just where he wanted Grimmjow.
"How about we relax and enjoy the ride...?" suggested Spiderman as he suddenly turned around and wrapped Grimmjow up with highly constrictive webbing. Even if he could tear out of it in the 10 seconds before the train impaled him full-force he wouldn't have time to escape. He was hoping that Grimmjow would be sweapt along the track and forced to go it's course.
Spiderman then leapt over the hole in the tracks while extending his body to fill in the gap. He held on gripping with both hands and the tops of his feet while the train surged on. He winced with pain as it continually made a thump-thump rattling on his back. As soon as it went past him he would jump onto the back-cart and ride on the roof; keeping an eye on his opponent.
