Well, I quoted from the French version and I don't have a scanner. I'm sure everyone who has the Viz translation has something very similar to the French official translation. If so, I don't think we would believe Chibi Buu+South Kaioshin=Buff Buu.
Actually, they've completely mistaken these lines, Elder Kaioshin never talked about Fat Buu in that statement but he talked about Buff Buu. That page is completely mistranslated.
