I'm sure that's probably why. I know I could easily produce a list, but I'm sort of retired from power level lists. They're rather arbitrary these days. Plus, I've forgotten a lot about the Dragon Ball characters' strength relations. I knew a lot more in like 2004, when I actually did power levels lists all the time.
