There is no such thing as delayed Ten Times Kamehameha. That human possessed by Bebi when punched Son Goten, the punch only started to affect Goten after a bit. That mean that punch was a delayed punch? Of course not.
SSj4 Son Goku can make three different Kamehameha's. The normal Kamehameha or Super Kamehameha which is blue, used against Bebi's spaceship and Yin Xing Long before destroyed him with Dragon Fist and in other occasions against the Shadow Dragons; the double blue Ten Times Kamehameha used against Oozaru-Bebi; for last the improved single red Ten Times Kamehameha that he used after Bebi arc.
The term Ten Times Kamehameha or Times Ten Kamehameha or 10x Kamehameha is just a way to show the Kamehameha wave is stronger than usual like a Super Kamehameha is stronger than a normal Kamehameha.

Actually both Son Goku and Son Gohan fired a yellow Kamehameha. Goku at Freeza and Gohan at Majin Buu's sphere.
