Buffed Super Buu = Buff Buu = Super Buu with his muscle mass increased, and therefore his power increased(like Cell).

Simple but wrong. I knew they are 2 different peolre, doesn't have anything to do with the powerlevel. So when were Super Buu's muscles increased??? Why does it matter that the part where S. supreme Kai is absorbed by Kid Buu is only filler???

See? This guy's got a way better explanation. But this also disproves the Super Buu being stronger than Kid Buu theory. If Super Buu's power was increasing as he changed from Super Buu through Buff Buu and finally into Kid Buu then kid Buu is the strongest out of these 3 Buus.
He's also obviously stronger than fat Buu, pointed out by the fight on the Planet of the Kais where kid Buu wipes the floor with Fat Buu. However, Fat Buu at least put up a fight that lasted over 2 minutes.
If Evil Buu could beat fat Buu so easily, and then Kid Buu actually had to use some elbow grease then that means the Grey badass Buu is the strongest of all known Buus, as stated in Venom9808's video on youtube, but the power must have decreased after eating fat Buu and becoming Super Buu.
