Did you remember the scene when Vegeta and Goku exit to Super Buu, Vegeta states that Super Buu’s power is actually increasing. Now we see a whole new form of Buu that is very big and bulky. This is Buff Buu and it's actually the first absorption Buu has ever gone through back in Supreme Kai’s time there were 4 kai’s and one Grand Kai known as Dai Kaioshin (he's big and fat). Kid Buu, the original Buu, attacks the 4 Kai's. Kid Buu defeats all of the Kai’s except for one. He absorbs the strongest Kai to become Buff Buu.
He always compared to piccolo buu and we all know Piccolo buu>>super buu
