No.

Kaioken's value is constant. A Kaioken is Goku's power. It doesn't compound.

Kaioken = x
Double Kaioken = 2x
Triple Kaioken = 3x

And so on. And whatever the strength of the Kaioken is, is tacked onto Goku's power.
