Stop being jackasses to the new kids in town. Give him the benefit of the doubt. Once he knows the ropes and sees that you guys are (probably) joking then go on and have fun. Bashing noobs because they're new is fucking retarded. Most of you know better. Don't complain MFG is becoming less active because you keep scaring away new recruits.
