You gain 3 Stamina each day. You can use that Stamina on anything you wish. For example, you can train once a week. You can also learn new Attacks. Lastly, you can gain money via your job. In order for Moderators to keep track of it all, we need to know what you did on what day. It prevents cheaters from, well, cheating.
